OUR 30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can return your belt within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@orelyanwear.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll email you:
- Return authorization confirmation
- Address of our nearest US return center (California or Oregon)
- Return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Pack the item securely in original packaging with tags attached
- Include your return authorization and order number
- Ship to the US address we provided

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Defective or Wrong Product: $0
We'll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you if:
- Product arrived damaged
- Product is defective
- We sent you the wrong item

Change of Mind Returns: You pay the return shipping costs.
If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item, you're responsible for return shipping costs.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Timeline:
- We inspect your return within 2 business days of receiving it
- Refund processed within 7 business days after approval
- Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund

Refund Method:
- All refunds are issued to your original payment method
- No restocking fees — you receive a 100% refund

Confirmation:
- You'll receive an email when your refund is processed

 

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Damaged or Defective Product
Contact us immediately at info@orelyanwear.com. We recommend sending photos of the damage within 48 hours (though not required) so we can process your claim faster. We'll cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Product Received
Contact us at info@orelyanwear.com and we'll arrange the return at no cost to you. We'll send you the correct product immediately.

Product Never Arrived
Contact us at info@orelyanwear.com so we can open a carrier investigation. If the product isn't located, we'll offer a full refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order any time before it ships by emailing info@orelyanwear.com. Once shipped, follow our standard return process after receiving the product.
